Victim Support: Creating a Brighter Future

Victim Support is an independent incorporated society that provides a free 24/7 community response to help victims of crime and trauma in New Zealand. It is focused on being there for victims and ensuring that victims feel empowered and restored.

Victim Support wanted to develop a 5-year strategic plan for 2015-2020. The goal for the strategic plan was that it would serve as a blueprint for Victim Support’s future direction and sustainability.

This case study describes how Catalyze helped Victim Support to:

  • Articulate its purpose
  • Build a clear, exciting picture of the future
  • Engage the whole organisation in developing the strategy
  • Engage its external stakeholders
