Catalyze wins the INFORMS DAS Practice Award 2012

Catalyze has been awarded the DAS Practice Award by The Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS).

The award was presented to Catalyze, at the INFORMS 2012 Annual Meeting, in recognition of our work supporting the UK Ministry of Defence Training Rationalisation where we designed and implemented a multi-level stakeholder decision making process.

INFORMS is the largest professional society in the world for professionals in the field of operations research (O.R.), management science, and business analytics. The DAS Practice Award is given annually to the best decision analysis application, as judged by a panel of INFORMS Society members. The intent of this award is to recognize, promote, and publicize good decision analysis practice. The winner of the practice prize was determined using six criteria: importance of the problem, impact on the client’s decision making, benefits to the client organization, use of decision analysis tools, quality of the analysis, and originality.
